Kathleen Hintikka
My name is Kathleen Hintikka (no relation (probably)). My pronouns are she/her/hers. Most people call me Kat, so you can, too.
I'm a 4th year graduate student in the department of Linguistics and Philosophy at MIT, where I am supervised by Sally Haslanger. Before coming to MIT I did my B.A in Philosophy at the University of Texas at Austin. My academic interests include feminist philosophy, particularly feminist philosophy of language, social and political philosophy, and metaethics.
Outside of the department, I enjoy spending time with my horse, hiking, and doing yoga.I'm a friend to dogs everywhere, but particularly to my own two pups, Bowie and Kuma.
